TTXs not only serve as a practical walkthrough for participants to understand their roles in addressing various challenges also build confidence as they engage in realistic scenarios. Our exercises follow a structured crawl, walk, run, then fly methodology, ensuring that participant can develop their skills progressively. With a diverse range of scenarios available, we can facilitate these exercises either virtually or in-person to meet team's needs.

School System Threat Assessment
and Preparation

Training is Based on Grade Differential After Facility Assessment Resulting in Possible Structural Upgrades.

  • K1- 5th Grade - primary focus is Hide/Deny through “preplanning” due to the age of the students who can't run fast enough, evacuate expeditiously, assist in barricading or defending – a threat assessment, preplanning, training and drills on barricading are imperative - the run option, in this case, is only to be utilized if the students are already outside the classroom (ex: playground/cafeteria)

  • 6th - 8th Grade - Run/Avoid: discuss expectations based on results of assessment pinpointing "preplanned" locations to evacuate

  • Hide/Lockdown: taught to help teacher during lockdown based on the result of drills and practical exercises

  • Fight/Counter can participate with limitations based on physical capabilities (example throwing objects)

  • 9th - 12th Grade - Run/Avoid: discuss expectations based on results of assessment pinpointing locations to evacuate

  • Hide/Lockdown: taught to help teacher during lockdown based on the result of numerous drills and practical exercises

  • Fight/Counter can participate with limitations based on physical capabilities (example: Team effort)
